Use the Stardew Valley seed analyzer

Enter a Game ID and days played for a seed-based run, or upload a save file when you need exact counters, unlocks, and player data.

Two input modes Use Game ID parameters or local save reading.
Upload a save for full analysis
No file selected

A save file provides the fields a Game ID cannot: counters, unlocks, version, farmhands, mine depth, and special flags.

Seed analyzer URL parameters

Seed analysis can be refined with id, v, dp, gc, mb, te, tc, dml, vg, dl, ll, du, qu, hsc, hm, qc, and other parameters shown in the share URL.

Results

Geode Predictor

Predicted results from cracking Geodes, Frozen Geodes, Magma Geodes, Omni Geodes, Artifact Troves and Golden Coconuts. The cumulative number opened matters, and multiplayer saves may track each player separately.

Select Player:

Skull Cavern and Mine Floor Predictor

Monthly predictions for mushroom levels, monster infestations, slime infestations, quarry floors and potential Skull Cavern dinosaur levels.

Traveling Merchant Cart

Browse or search predicted Traveling Cart, Night Market and Desert Festival cart stock based on your save state and game version.

Weather Predictor

Starting in Stardew Valley 1.6, Pelican Town weather can be partially predicted. Rain can become Storm, and Sun can become Wind or Snow depending on season.

Train Schedule

Predict train spawns on the Railroad map. The time can be predicted, but the exact train cars and drops cannot.

Feast of the Winter Star Gift Assignments

Predict secret gift assignments for the Feast of the Winter Star and show possible gift outcomes.

Enchantments

Predict the enchantment sequence at the Forge. Multiplayer saves can choose the player whose enchant count should be highlighted.

How to analyze a Stardew Valley seed

The Game ID controls many seeded outcomes, but the output becomes much better when paired with days played and the counters used by each prediction tab.

1

Enter Game ID

Use the numeric Game ID from your save or a known seed value. The quick form adds it to the URL as id.

2

Add days played

Days played lets calendar-style tabs start near the right season and year.

3

Use advanced parameters

Add counters such as gc for geodes cracked, dml for deepest mine level, or du for desert unlocked when needed.

4

Run the page

The predictor recalculates from URL parameters and builds the same tabbed result views used by save-file predictions.

5

Upload later if needed

If a result depends on player IDs, multiplayer state, unlock flags, or donation status, upload the save for a stronger analysis.

example

Example seed analyzer URL

A seed-only link can be shared when you want another player to inspect the same Stardew Predictor state without sending a save file.

URL: /stardew-valley-seed-analyzer/?id=42069&dp=250&gc=120&dml=100&du=1
Meaning: Game ID 42069, day 250, 120 geodes cracked, mine level 100, desert unlocked
Best for: Seed planning, reproducible examples, and quick checks before a full save upload
parameters

Useful seed analyzer fields

id and dp

The id parameter sets Game ID, while dp sets days played for calendar and current-state views.

gc, mb, te, and tc

Counters control geodes, Mystery Boxes, enchantments, and trash-can predictions.

du, qu, gu, and hm

Unlock and difficulty flags affect desert-related checks, quarry floor predictions, greenhouse night events, and hardmode mines.

Save-file fallback

When you do not know the right parameters, upload the save file and let the analyzer build a share URL from parsed state.

seed checklist

When the Stardew Valley seed analyzer is enough

The Stardew Valley seed analyzer is best when you know the Game ID and want a quick, shareable planning state. Use the Stardew Valley seed analyzer for early theorycrafting, route notes, test examples, and simple calendar checks. Switch from the Stardew Valley seed analyzer to a save upload when the result depends on Valley-specific counters, player IDs, multiplayer data, or donation flags.

Good seed-only checks

Calendar-style Valley predictions, simple geode examples, Traveling Cart previews, and route comparisons often work well with Game ID and days played.

Better with save data

Use a real save when the Stardew Valley seed analyzer needs exact geode counters, Mystery Box counts, enchant counts, unlock flags, or farmhand IDs.

Shareable URLs

After a seed run, copy the URL so another player can inspect the same Stardew Valley seed analyzer state without receiving your save file.

Parameter hygiene

Keep id, dp, version, and counters in the URL together; a missing value can make the output look plausible but point at the wrong day or row.

Stardew Valley Seed Analyzer FAQ

What is a Stardew Valley seed analyzer?

It is a way to run Stardew Predictor from the Game ID and known save-state parameters instead of relying only on an uploaded save file.

Is Game ID the same as the full save state?

No. Game ID drives many seeded rolls, but the save state includes counters, unlocks, player IDs, version, and flags that can change predictions.

Can I share a seed analyzer result?

Yes. After running a prediction, the summary creates a URL containing key parameters so another user can open the same state.

Which parameter should I use for geodes cracked?

Use gc for the host's geodes cracked count. Upload a multiplayer save if you need exact farmhand-specific counters.

Why does the seed analyzer ask for days played?

Days played positions calendar predictions such as Mines, Weather, Trains, and Night Events near the correct date.

When should I upload a save instead?

Upload a save when you need accurate multiplayer player IDs, unlock flags, donation status, mine difficulty, or counters you do not know.
